Wishes of the tenant

We can work with a searcher to find a suitable living space. Based on an intake interview, we will then map out all your wishes, in which location, maximum rental price, distance to work, schools, shops, etc. are carefully discussed.


Based on these wishes, we will contact all our colleagues in the region to ask which homes that meet these wishes will soon be available again. We will then plan a route based on a list of available homes and view it together. There is almost always a home that meets the wishes on which we will conduct the negotiations.


We will carefully check the rental agreement drawn up by the rental agent to see whether it meets all requirements. We are present during check-in to supervise the key transfer and the preparation of the inspection report with photos.


Of course we will help the seeker with the request for energy, water, T.V. and internet.


We work on a NO CURE NO PAY basis.
